Joe Salt

Joe is a rare exception and is chartered as both an architect and town planner. With 20 years experience working with a wide variety of developments including residential and commercial. Whether located in an urban, countryside, convservation area or AONB, Joe can help with all your planning and design requirements.

Emily Codrington

An ARB and RIBA certified chartered architect with over 20 years experience in both residential and commerical architectural design. With a strong passion for design and excellent attention to detail, she produces inspired designs that meet the client brief and give the best chance of securing planning permission, if required.

Manus Mullan

After completing his degree in architectural design in 2005 Manus began his career. Over the last 18 years he has gained a wealth of experience. Despite having the experience and previously beign chartered for many years he is currently classed as an architectural designer until he has re-registered and paid the ARB.

Dila Burton

With over 20 years’ experience in architectural design including residential and large scale commercial projects Dila has the skills to handle all design requirements for any planning application. Additionally, she teaches architectural design at several universities including the University of East London with a masters degree in architecture and soon to complete her architecture PHD too.

Rosalind Codrington

An experienced architectural designer who is passionate about delivering the high quality designs that meet the clients brief. Whatever your design requirement, Rosalind will help transfrom your idea into beautiful scale architect drawings that meet the councils validation criteria should you require planning permission for your development.

Busra Sengel

A passionate architect who prides herself on producing elegant designs that meet the clients brief exactly. With a diligent work ethic, Bersa takes just the right amount of time required to produce accurate scale architect drawing that meet councils' validation criteria whilst meeting her deadlines.

Berna Cebi

An a accomplished architecterural designer with many year experience designing householder developments, such as new build houses, extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions. She has worked on some of our larger commercial designs too. With excellent attention to detail, Berna often nails the design brief on the first draft.

Routh Pelekis

With a wealth of experience in accounting and office administration Routh is a huge asset to the team. She is responsible for managing the company accounts, sending quotes, invoices and together with Abi project manages to ensure that the whole team deliver on time as promised, every time.

Cara Williams

Cara joined the planning industry in 2021. As an incredibly fast learner she has managed to absorb many years’ worth of knowledge in this short space of time. While providing free no obligation consultations, she explains the complexities of planning in clear and simple way that anyone can understand.

Kim Crisp

With a strong customer service background, Kim is a highly motivated member of the team who prioritises client satisfaction. She has a strong understanding of all planning and design considerations which enables her to provide quality guidance and support to all the clients she helps.

Alex Finlay

With 10 years experience providing customer service in the insurance industry, Alex is no stranger to strict compliance which is vital in the planning and design industry.  He is highly motivated and always puts the customers interests first, while providing clear and easily understandable advice.

Sue Bennett

A highly dedicated customer service advisor who always puts the customers interests first. Sue has a strong understanding and is able to answer non site specific queries regarding architectural design, planning permission, building regulations and structural engineering calculations.
