The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed use of retail unit (Class 1A) as bakery (Class 1A) with sale of cold foods.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and an application for a Lawful Development Certificate was recommended.
One of our chartered architects prepared the necessary architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Evidence to Verify Application, to justify why the council should approve the application.
With the clients approval the architect drawings and Evidence to Verify Application were submitted with the planning application.
A Lawful Development Certificate has now been approved for use of retail unit (Class 1A) as bakery (Class 1A) with sale of cold foods.
