The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed construction of a single-storey side extension and the conversion of the existing garage into a habitable room to enhance the functionality and usability of the property.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that single-storey side extension and conversion of the garage are feasible but will require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects prepared the required drawings which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the necessary Planning, Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
Planning permission has now been approved for the construction of a single-storey side extension and the conversion of the existing garage into a habitable room.
