Single Storey Rear Extension And Decking

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed single storey rear extension and decking. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that both the extension and decking were feasible and require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission. Planning permission has now been approved for the single storey rear extension and decking.
