The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed single-storey front extension and conversion of the garage.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that single-storey front extension and conversion of the garage are feasible but will require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects prepared the required drawings which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the necessary Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
Planning permission has now been approved for the single-storey front extension and conversion of the garage.
