Single Storey Extension Covering Outdoor Seating Area

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed single storey extension to cover an existing outdoor seating area. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the extension is feasible and will require full planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the planning statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
