Replacement of Windows in a Conservation Area

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed replacement of windows in a conservation area.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application.

One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning and Heritage Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.

Planning Permission has now been approved for replacement of windows in a conservation area.
