Replacement of Rear French Doors and Internal Alterations

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding proposed like for like replacement of rear French doors retaining timber and single glazing, overlaying new flooring to ground floor hallway and internal alterations to second floor.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and would require full planning permission and Listed Building Consent. One of our chartered architects prepared the necessary architect drawings, which the client has approved.

 Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning, Design and Access Statement and Heritage Statement, to justify why the council should approve the application.

 With the client's approval, the architect drawings and Planning, Design and Access Statement and Heritage Statement were submitted. 

Planning permission has now been approved and Listed Building Consent granted for like for like replacement of rear French doors retaining timber and single glazing, overlaying new flooring to ground floor hallway and internal alterations to second floor.
