Removal of Mobile Home and Erection of an Annex

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed removal of mobile home and erection of an annex. The site is a semi-detached Grade II listed cottage style dwelling, with a large rear garden, located in a Conservation Area.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project was feasible and the best course of action was an application for full planning permission.

One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Once the architectural design was approved, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, heritage impact statement, to justify why the application should be approved by the council.

With the client's approval, the architect drawings and design and access statement, heritage impact statement were submitted with the application.

Planning Permission has now been approved for the removal of mobile home and erection of an annex.
