Relocation of the Outbuilding With the Replacement of a Window With a Sliding Door

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed relocation of the outbuilding with the replacement of a window with a sliding door.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that this is feasible and would require full planning permission.

One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning, Design and Access statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the client's approval the architect drawings and Planning, Design and Access statement were submitted with a full planning application.

Planning permission has now been approved for the relocation of the outbuilding with the replacement of a window with a sliding door.
