Regularisation of the Equestrian Use of the Land and Installation of Stables – Retrospective

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding retrospective planning permission for regularisation of the equestrian use of the land to the northeast of the main house and installation of stables.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the design, one of our chartered town planners prepared a Planning Statement, to justify why the planning authority should grant retrospective planning permission.

With the client's approval, a retrospective planning application was submitted with the architect's drawings and Planning Statement.

Retrospective planning permission has now been approved for regularisation of the equestrian use of the land to the northeast of the main house and the installation of stables. This means the client will not need to restore the зкщзукен to its original state or use and is no longer at risk of enforcement action.
