Outbuilding for a Dog Grooming Business

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed outbuilding for a dog grooming business. This outbuilding will be situated in the front garden, replacing a portion of the existing lawn area. The intention is to create a functional space that caters to the needs of the grooming business while blending seamlessly with the overall layout of the property. The new building aims to provide a dedicated area that includes all necessary amenities for dog grooming, ensuring both efficiency and comfort for the service provider and their canine clients.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and would require planning permission.

One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning, Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the client's approval, the planning application was submitted together with the architect drawings and Planning, Design and Access Statement.

Planning Permission has now been approved for the outbuilding for a dog grooming business.
