Non-Illuminated and Illuminated Signage to Facilitate the Opening of a Store

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding proposed internal and external alterations, advertisement signage, external lighting and non-illuminated signage, to facilitate the opening of a new clothing retail store. The site is a Grade II Listed Building, located in a Conservation Area.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and would require Advertisement Consent. One of our chartered architects prepared the necessary architect drawings, which the client has approved.

 Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Supporting Statement, to justify why the council should approve the application.

 With the client's approval, the architect drawings and Supporting Statement were submitted. 

Advertisement Consent has been granted for internal and external alterations, advertisement signage, external lighting and non-illuminated signage, to facilitate the opening of a new clothing retail store.
