New Outbuilding as Swim Spa and Garden Room

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed new outbuilding, within the northern section of the garden, to be used as a swim spa and garden room incidental to the main dwelling.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the proposed new outbuilding was feasible and would require full planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the necessary architect drawings, which the client has approved.

Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve the application.

With the clients approval the architect drawings and design and access statement were submitted with a full planning application.

Planning permission has now been approved for an outbuilding to be used as a swim spa and garden room incidental to the main dwelling.
