New Illuminated Signage

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed new illuminated signage, to the front inside elevation of the unit, within a Grade II Listed Building, located within Conservation Area.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and would require full planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the necessary architect drawings, which the client has approved.

Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning Statement and Heritage Impact Statement, to justify why the council should approve the application.

With the client's approval, the architect drawings and Planning Statement and Heritage Impact Statement were submitted with a full planning application.

Planning permission has now been approved for new signage within a Grade II Listed Building, located within Conservation Area.
