New Garden Outbuilding

The client approached Planning By Design regarding proposed new garden outbuilding. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the new outbuilding was feasible and likely to be permitted development. A lawful development certificate was recommended as this is the only way to obtain a legal determination that it is permitted development and lawful. One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission. A lawful development certificate has now been approved for the new garden outbuilding.
