Loft Conversion, Rear Dormer Window and 2 Roof Lights

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed loft conversion including a rear dormer window and 2 roof lights. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and would require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify to the planning authority why the application should be approved. With the client's approval, the architect drawings and planning and heritage statement were been submitted with a householder planning application. Planning permission has now been approved for the loft conversion, rear dormer window and 2 new roof lights. Following planning approval the client also instructed us to produce the building regulations drawings which have also been approved.
