Installation of Two New Storage Containers

The client approached Planning By Design regarding the proposed installation of two containers for storage purposes. The containers will be two steel structures with the sides open facing each other. These containers will act as additional storage for the warehouse, while making best use of the land.

 Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible but will require full planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the required drawings which the client approved.

 Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission. With the client's approval the planning application was submitted with the architect's drawings and Planning Statement.

 Planning permission has now been approved for installation of two containers for storage purposes.
