Installation of Outbuilding and Associated Decking

The client approached Planning By Design regarding the proposed installation of a rear garden outbuilding (pre-fabricated) for gym/office use, with associated decking.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the installation of an outbuilding was feasible and will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application.

One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning, design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission. 

Planning permission has now been approved for the installation of outbuilding and associated decking.
