Installation of an Annexe and the Extension of Garden Land – Retrospective

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding retrospective permission for the installation of an annexe and the extension of garden land.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the design, one of our chartered town planners prepared a Planning, Design and Access Statement, to justify why the planning authority should grant retrospective planning permission. 

With the client's approval, a retrospective planning application was submitted with the architect's drawings and Planning, Design and Access Statementt. 

Retrospective planning permission has now been approved for the installation of an annexe and the extension of garden land. This means the client is no longer at risk of enforcement action.
