The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a retrospective planning permission for the installation of a static caravan for holiday let purposes ancillary to main dwellinghouse.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that it was feasible to secure retrospective planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the design, one of our chartered town planners prepared supporting statement, to justify why the planning authority should grant retrospective planning permission. With the clients approval a retrospective planning application was submitted with the architect drawings and supporting statement.
Retrospective planning permission has now been approved for the for the installation of a static caravan for holiday let purposes ancillary to main dwellinghouse.
