Garden Wall

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed new garden wall. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that fence is feasible and likely to be considered permitted development. An application for a lawful development certificate was recommended as this is the only way to obtain a legal determination that planning permission is not required and protect against retrospective planning issues or enforcement action in the future. One of our chartered architects prepared the necessary architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the clients approval the architect drawings and planning statement were submitted with the planning application. A lawful Development Certificate has now been approved for the clients proposed new garden wall.
