The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed garage extension to create a self contained unit.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible but will require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects prepared the required drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the necessary Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
Planning permission has now been approved for the garage extension to create a self contained unit.
