The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed garage conversion into living accomadation. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that garage conversion is feasible but will require planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the required drawings which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission. With the clients approval a householder planning application was submitted with the architect drawings and planning statement. Planning permission has now been approved to covert the garage into living accomadation.
