Front Garden & Boundary Alterations

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed front boundary works including twonew pedestrian gates, replacement of garden walls and handrails, new metal rail with hedge, new mounted letter box, outdoor garden and steps lighting, underground cycle and bins storage and relandscaping of the garden.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that the project is feasible and could be permitted development via the submission of Householder Planning Application.

One of our chartered architects produced accurate scale drawings which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners has prepared the required Planning, Design and Access Statement, to justify why the application should be approved. The architect drawings and Planning, Design and Access Statement were submitted with the application. 

A Householder Planning Application has now been approved for front garden & boundary alterations.
