The client contacted Planning By Design regarding proposed external alterations to new shopfront and associated internal alterations to accommodate a new Italian restaurant. Other external work includes removal of intake vent unit from rear elevation and move existing AC cooling unit to side wall of the property.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and would require full planning permission, Advertisement Consent and Listed Building Consent. One of our chartered architects prepared the necessary architect drawings, which the client has approved.
Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning Statement and Heritage Statement, to justify why the council should approve the application.
With the client's approval, the architect drawings and Planning Statement and Heritage Statement were submitted.
Planning permission has now been approved and Advertisement Consent and Listed Building Consent granted for external alterations to new shopfront and associated internal alterations to accommodate a new Italian restaurant.
