The client approached Planning By Design regarding the proposed extension to the existing detached garage at the property. This will allow for the creation of an enlarged garage space, which will enhance the living environment of the dwelling.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and would require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
Planning Permission has now been approved for the proposed extension to the existing detached garage at the property.
