The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed new pedestrian door to the detached garage, erection of outbuilding for use as home office, to facilitate hybrid working, the installation of hot tub with heat pump and garden pergola, with associated hard and soft landscaping at rear of site.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and would require planning permission via a householder planning application.
One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the client's approval, the householder planning application was submitted together with the architect drawings and Design and Access Statement.
Planning Permission has now been approved for new pedestrian door to the detached garage, erection of outbuilding for use as home office, to facilitate hybrid working, the installation of hot tub with heat pump and garden pergola, with associated hard and soft landscaping at rear of site.
