Discharge of Conditions For Approved Erection of Decking with a Sauna

Following planning approval subject to conditions, the client contacted Planning By Design for the discharge of conditions for an approved erection of raised timber decking area with a pre-fabricated timber pod sauna.

 Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that discharging the applicable conditions was feasible via a further planning application. 

One of our chartered architects prepared the necessary architect drawings, which the client has approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Design and Access Statement, to justify how the conditions have been met and therefore discharged. 

With the client's approval the architect drawings and Design and Access Statement were submitted with an application to discharge conditions. 

The application has now been approved.
