Following retrospective planning approval subject to conditions, the client contacted Planning By Design for the discharge of condition number 3 for an approved change of use of outbuilding in the rear garden to a short-term holiday let. Condition 3 of planning approval stated: “Within 1 month of permission being granted for the application, details of a scheme for a guest management plan which sets out the expected conduct and rule for guests, ‘no party policy’ and emergency contact details for guests is to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.''
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that discharging the applicable conditions was feasible via a further planning application.
One of our chartered town planners prepared the required Guest Management Plan, to justify how the conditions have been met and therefore discharged.
With the client's approval the architect drawings and Guest Management Plan were submitted.
The application for the discharge of conditions has now been approved.
