Discharge of Conditions For Approved Change of Use From C3 (Dwellinghouse) to C4 (Small HMO – 5 Persons)

Following planning approval subject to conditions, the client contacted Planning By Design to discharge Conditions 3 (Bin Storage) and 4 (Cycle Storage) for an approved change of use from C3 (Dwellinghouse) to C4 (Small HMO - 5 Persons).

 Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that discharging the applicable conditions was feasible via a further planning application. 

One of our chartered town planners prepared the required Supporting Statement, to justify how the conditions have been met and therefore discharged. 

With the client's approval the architect drawings and Supporting Statement were submitted.

The application for the discharge of conditions has now been approved.
