Following planning approval subject to conditions, the client contacted Planning By Design for the discharge of conditions (3, 4 6, related to bicycle storage, bin storage, HMO Management Scheme) for an approved conversion of the existing guesthouse to a large HMO (8-bed).
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that discharging the applicable conditions was feasible via a further planning application.
One of our chartered architects prepared the necessary architect drawings, which the client has approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Supporting Statement, to justify how the conditions have been met and therefore discharged.
With the client's approval the architect drawings and Supporting Statement were submitted with an application to discharge conditions.
The application for the discharge of condition has now been approved.
