The client contacted Planning By Design regarding the proposed demolition of an existing office building and changing the use of the land to create a vehicle storage area in association with the existing breakdown recovery business. The land is located within Local Area of Archaeological Potential.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the design, one of our chartered town planners prepared Design and Access Statement, to justify why the planning authority should grant planning permission.
With the client's approval, a planning application was submitted with the architect's drawings and Design and Access Statement.
