The client contacted Planning By Design regarding the proposed conversion of the upper floors of the site to a 7 Bed HMO (use class Sui Generis) for up to 7 people.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible would require full planning permission to change the use.
One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the design, one of our chartered town planners prepared Design and Access Statement to justify why the planning authority should grant planning permission.
With the client's approval, a planning application for full planning permission was submitted with the architect's drawings, Design and Access Statement.
Planning permission has now been approved for conversion of the upper floors of the site to a 7 Bed HMO (use class Sui Generis) for up to 7 people.
