Conversion of Existing Detached Garage and Construction of Conservatory

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed conversion of an existing detached garage and construction of a linking conservatory with the main dwelling.

 Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible but will require full planning permission. 

One of our chartered architects prepared the required drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the necessary Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.

 Planning permission has now been approved for the conversion of the existing detached garage and the construction of a linking conservatory with the main dwelling.
