The client contacted Planning By Design regarding retrospective planning permission for change of use to a mixed-use of dwelling and temporary housing and care of injured fauna.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the design, one of our chartered town planners prepared Planning Statement, to justify why the planning authority should grant retrospective planning permission.
With the client's approval, a retrospective planning application was submitted with the architect's drawings and Planning Statement.
Retrospective planning permission has now been approved for change of use to a mixed-use of dwelling and temporary housing and care of injured fauna.
