The client contacted Planning By Design regarding the proposed change of use and enclosure of privately owned public amenity space into private residential garden land (use class C3) with an associated fence relocation to encompass this land.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the design, one of our chartered town planners prepared a Planning, Design and Access Statement, to justify why the planning authority should grant planning permission.
With the client's approval, a planning application was submitted with the architect's drawings and Planning, Design and Access Statement.
Planning permission has now been approved for the change of use and enclosure of privately owned public amenity space into private residential garden land.
