Amend of Planning Condition For Approved Conversion Of the Outbuilding to Create a Holiday Let

Following planning approval subject to conditions, the client contacted Planning By Design to amend planning condition for an approved conversion of the existing outbuilding to create a holiday let to provide two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen/dining/lounge area.

 Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that this was feasible via a further planning application. 

One of our chartered architects prepared the necessary architect drawings, which the client has approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning Statement to justify how the conditions have been met and therefore discharged. 

With the client's approval the architect drawings and Planning Statement were submitted with an application to amend planning condition. 

The application has now been approved.
