3 Bedroom New Build House

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed new build 3 bedroom house. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project was feasible and the best course of action was an application for full planning permission given. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Once the architectural design was approved, one of our chartered town planners prepared all the planning statement to justify why the application should be approved by the council. With the clients approval everything was submitted with an application for full planning permission. Full planning permission has now been approved for a 3 bedroom new build house.
