The client contacted Planning By Design regarding retrospective planning permission for the retention of the rear outbuilding for incidental use.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that the project is feasible. As works were already complete it would require retrospective planning permission.
One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the design, one of our chartered town planners prepared a Design and Access Statement, to justify why the planning authority should grant retrospective planning permission.
With the clients approval a retrospective planning application was submitted with the architect drawings and Design and Access Statement.
Retrospective planning permission has now been approved for the the retention of rear outbuilding for incidental use.
