The client contacted Planning By Design regarding retrospective planning permission for replacement doors to the front and rear.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that the project is feasible. As works were already completed, it would require retrospective planning permission.
One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the design, one of our chartered town planners prepared a Planning, Design and Access Statement, to justify why the planning authority should grant retrospective planning permission.
With the clients approval a retrospective planning application was submitted with the architect drawings and Planning, Design and Access Statement.
Retrospective planning permission has now been approved for replacement doors to the front and rear. This means the client is no longer at risk of enforcement action.
