Demolition of Outbuilding and Erection of a Replacement Outbuilding

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed demolition of existing outbuilding and erection of a replacement outbuilding for use as primary accommodation ancillary to the main dwelling.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and would require planning permission via a householder planning application.

One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning Statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the client's approval, the householder planning application was submitted together with the architect drawings and Planning Statement.

Planning Permission has now been approved for the demolition of the existing outbuilding and the erection of a replacement outbuilding for use as primary accommodation ancillary to the main dwelling.
