The client approached Planning By Design regarding demolishing the existing conservatory and car port and replace them with a wrap-around extension extending to the rear and side (single storey extension to the rear and side, two storey extension just to the side).
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the extension is feasible and would require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission for the proposed extension.
Planning Permission has now been approved for demolishing the existing conservatory and car port and replacing them with a wrap-around extension extending to the rear and side (single storey extension to the rear and side, two storey extension just to the side).
