The client contacted Planning By Design regarding proposed addition of new attractive windows, doors to the front elevation of the creative studio office, as well as a front roller shutter to ensure security.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require planning permission.
One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the client's approval, the architect drawings and planning statement have been submitted.
Planning permission has now been approved for the installation of new windows, double doors and roller shutter on the creative studio office.
