The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed double-storey side extension to create a store and play area on the ground floor and a new bedroom on the first floor.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Design and Access statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
