The client approached Planning By Design regarding two proposed double storey rear and side extensions. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that a double storey extensions are feasible and will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission. The drawings and planning statement were submitted with a householder planning application. Planning permission has now been approved for the double storey side and rear extensions.
