Two Dormer Extensions to Support a Loft Conversion

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed two dormer extensions to support a loft conversion, which will have singular windows that are situated on the front and rear of the dwelling.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the extensions were feasible and will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application.

One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning, Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission for the proposed extensions.

Planning Permission has now been approved for two dormer extensions to support loft conversion.
