The client approached Planning By Design regarding erection of timber decking with surrounding 1.7m high opaque privacy screen and installation of fully glazed door at first floor to form incidental rear roof terrace.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the extension is feasible and would require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning, Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission for the proposed extension.
Planning Permission has now been approved for erection of timber decking with surrounding 1.7m high opaque privacy screen and installation of fully glazed door at first floor to form incidental rear roof terrace.
