Three Bay Car-Port

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed erection of a minor three-bay garage with a mostly open aesthetic on an existing hard-surfaced area, within the curtilage of the listed building.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require full planning permission.

One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Design and Access Statement and Heritage Impact Statement to justify why the council should approve planning permission.

Planning permission has now been approved for erection of a minor three-bay garage with a mostly open aesthetic on an existing hard-surfaced area, within the curtilage of the listed building.
