Static Caravan to be used as a Residential Annexe

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed static caravan to be used as a residential annexe. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the proposed static caravan to be used as a residential annexe was feasible. We advised that the best approach would be to apply for a lawful development certificate under the caravan act. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement and supporting evidence, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the client's approval, everything has been submitted with an application for a lawful development certificate. A lawful development certificate for a static caravan to be used as a residential annexe has now been approved.
